On August 16, 2025, the federation conducted its 42nd Elective Annual General Assembly at the Uganda Olympic Committee offices. The new leadership was elected through a ballot box using a college voting system. In this process, 44 affiliation stakeholders, each represented by 2 representatives, cast their votes.
